a change in lifestyle

I started Farrell's Extreme Body Shaping Course on Saturday. I really thought it was going to be harder than it is. I actually look forward to going to my classes. The time in classes really goes fast. I've already lost 3 pounds since Saturday (a lot could have to do with the 94 oz of water we have to drink). The diet is really easy to follow too. You just watch your carb intake. I actually am having a hard time getting all the carbs that I'm supposed to be getting IN.
Oh and I'm off the crack... the Diet Mt. Dew. I never thought I could survive without it. I can't lie I'm not COMPLETELY off of it but I'm down to just a couple sips a day. I don't look at this as just a 10 week course I'm looking at it as a lifestyle change. A change I can actually look forward to. I highly recommend Farrell's to anyone out there looking for something to jump start themselves. The people there are super positive.. which honestly I want to shove their positivity up their INTENSE asses. But I will admit I feel good when I'm told I'm doing a good job. I'm not expecting any "Biggest Loser" style losses. My goal is to get into a size 16 and drop 20 pounds. I'm trying to be realistic. Honestly though, I could see myself losing more like 40and in a size 14 by the end of this.

WOW!! That is great that you are doing that. I always wanted to do Farrell's but was pretty sure it would kill me. I'm trying to start the 30 day shred tapes right now and I can't even make it all the way through those. (I'm HORRIBLY out of shape!!)

Good luck!! I'll be rooting for you!!
